FAQs
How do I provide the wording for my stationery?
Once you've checked out, please email the wording for your stationery (names, venue etc.) to hello@scdesignstudios.co.uk.
Please include your order number in the subject line of your email.
How can I make changes to your designs?
All of our designs can be tweaked to suit your theme/preferred style. For colour, font and layout changes please email these to us when you send your details (names, venue, date etc.) through. Please note we do not offer foiling (metallic) colours.
For more complex changes such as double sided printing or material and shape changes, please get in touch before ordering.
What happens once I place my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, if no personalisation is required, your order will be shipped in line with the item processing time as stated at the checkout.
If your order requires personalisation, for example an order for Save the Dates, a digital copy of your design will be put together and sent to you for approval before printing. Once you’ve approved the design artwork, we’ll go ahead and get this printed and posted for you. The processing time for each item can be found on the listing page.
Do you Take Bespoke Orders?
Put simply, yes! If you can't find what you're looking for in house collections, we'll work with you on a fully bespoke order to bring your stationery dreams to life.
Just pop us an email to hello@scdesignstudios.co.uk with details of what you're looking for. Helpful information includes how many of each item you need, any split for day/evening guests, and if possible, some images.
Can I pay for faster delivery?
If you require a rush order (one that is processed faster than the processing time shown on the listing) please do get in touch.
We may be able to accommodate this at an additional fee.
